4. Responsabile ricambi e gestione service  (1 posizione disponibile)

  • Gestione ordini e spedizioni ricambi in Italia e all'estero
  • Redigere fatture, packing list e documenti di spedizione (anche internazionali)
  • Coordinare attività di service e post vendita e rapportarsi con clienti e tecnici interni
  • Supporto cliente nell'identificazione ricambi corretti
  • Gestione tempi consegna
  • Monitorare pagamenti ricambi

51,2 METERS PER SECOND WIRE DRAWING LINE DELIVERED

Eurodraw just delivered to one of its customers a ultra high speed wire drawing line.

The drawing line is composed of a wire drawing machine 12 blocks and a special high speed spooler.

The new Eurodraw cooling system allows exceptional wire cooling hence the speed of the line could be increased to levels that were just unthinkable a few years ago.

The machine was successfully tested prior shipment to a speed of 51,2 m/sec. 

The test was made with 5,50 mm wire low carbon 1018 wire rod drawn down to a diameter of 1,30 mm in 12 dies and wound on a 2 ton spooler. Lubricant was calcium based in the first two dies and sodium based on the rest of the machine. Pressure dies were used on all blocks. The machine is equipped with the following features:

  • Rotating dies on every other block
  • Soap stirrers
  • Heavy duty horizontal spooler
  • OTO block on first position
  • Xcooling system on all blocks (New Eurodraw Pressurized cooling system with high heat exchange rate)
  • Air cooling on all blocks

INVERTED COILERS

See our new video of the IC 900 inverted coiler. This machine allows to produce large coils of high carbon wire without twist.

The machine is particularly suitable for the production of large diameter spring wire.

We have in stock two wet wire drawing machines with the following techncial specifications:

Inlet wire diameter: 1.40 mm high carbon wire, 1,60 mm low carbon wire

Outlet wire diameters: from 0,50 to 0,08 mm

Maximum speed: 20 m/sec

One machine is inclusive of spooler for up to 460 mm spools, the other machine is without spooler but we can provice a new one within short time.

The machine has only 500 Hours on the clock and is in virtually new condition.
